Film Festival
The annual festival of short films will take place this evening at 6 p.m. in Wilson Auditorium. Seniors Madison Mathews and Graham Johnson will present films they have written and directed. On the bill are Mathews' "Cutting on Action: The Rise and Fall of Maximillian Kane" and Johnson's "Film Noir."

Open Mic at SUB7
Tonight SUB7 presents the final Open Mic Night of the year. Doors open at 8 p.m., and the tunes begin at 9 p.m. Oreo shakes will be the night's featured beverage.

Scavenger Hunt
Hart Hall will sponsor a city-wide scavenger hunt this evening at 7 p.m. The teams must include one Hart resident and fit into a car while abiding by seatbelt laws. The winning car will be awarded $100. After the hunt, there will be s'mores in the Hart courtyard.

Jazz Combo at SUB7
SUB7 will host the Milligan Jazz Combo tomorrow night. The combo, directed by Associate Professor of Music Rick Simerly, will perform at 8 p.m.

Corn Maze
Beck Mountain Corn Maze and Entertainment Barn, located outside of Elizabethton, will host a barn dance tomorrow night with live tunes from Old Dogs, New Tricks. The dance begins at 7 p.m. and runs until 10 p.m. Admission is $5. Call 543-CORN for more information.

Security Guard Training Class
State-certified instructor Ken Potter will teach a security guard training class tomorrow at the B&K Community Center on the Old Bristol Highway. The class will begin at 8:30 a.m. and will cover baton, chemical spray, handcuffing, armed and unarmed defense. For more information, call (423) 543-6048.

Barbershop Bash
The Appalachian Express Barbershop Chorus celebrates their 40th anniversary tomorrow evening at 7 p.m. in Kingsport. The Kingsport Renaissance Center will host the anniversary bash. Admission is $12.50 and children get in free.

The Honey Rooster at Down Home
Tomorrow night the Honey Rooster will cluck his way on down to Johnson City's eclectic listening room. He will perform his unique brand of folk rock with off-kilter humor starting at 9 p.m. Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door. More information is available at www.downhome.com.

eWaste Event
ETSU will sponsor an eWaste Recycling Event from May 14 to 17 from 9 a.m until 3 p.m. The event will be in parking lot 22A, behind Buck's Pizza off State of Franklin Road. Both individuals and institutions are encouraged to bring old electronic equipment to be recycled. Visit www.etsu.edu/eWaste to learn more about the event. Arts Camp Needs Workshop Leaders
