Cold weather and snow often interrupt travel; however, Milligan's annual family weekend did not experience such disturbance. Each year, the sophomore class SGA sponsors this weekend in hopes of attracting Milligan families from both near and far.

Seventeen Milligan students will experience language immersion this weekend as they venture off to the school's fourth "Sprachbad" retreat - a tradition that has returned with Ted Thomas, associate professor of humanities, history and German. Sprachbad is a German term whose root means to learn through experience.
