  • On October 31, Milligan Announced it will be offering a new Social Work course next spring (2019). The course is called “The Healing Effects of Nature” (SOWK 295). It will be taught by Instructor of Social Work Rachel Jones and will be open to all students.
  • On October 29, two Milligan Alumni were inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame. Former softball player Kathy Martinelli Catlett (’93) and former basketball player Craig Emmert (’05) were honored at the Alumni Awards Ceremony.
  • On November 3, Dr. Kelli Brown directed the Milligan College Orchestra in its annual fall concert. This year the orchestra performed “Baroque, the Beatles and Bernstein.”
  • November 4-9, Senior Biology and Photography Major, Shaun Whitson presented his senior art portfolio titled, “Near and Far,” as a part of Milligan’s senior art exhibition series.
