The Buff Concert Festival, Milligan’s second annual spring concert, was held on April 23.
Four bands performed at the event, hosted by SGA. Buffalo Creek Revival, a student bluegrass band featuring Eli Back, Elijah Gouge, Brayden Goddard, Josiah Skitt, Hayden Sinnamon and Carter Dickerson, opened the night at 6 p.m.
High Heat, a rock band from Knoxville, followed, with Reed Schneider on vocals and rhythm guitar, Freddy Bahati on lead guitar and backup vocals, Sean Whalen on drums and Niles Haury on bass.
The performers took a quick break to swear in members of the SGA Executive Board and Senate before the next student band, Skye and the Guys, took the stage. They performed songs from a variety of genres for about half an hour before Donnie and the Dryheavers closed the night.
